Best customer service I have had in years was from Kitchenaid!
I wanted to add a review of Kitchenaid… simply because I had one of those customer service experiences that, as a consumer, you always hope for, but never seem to get. Dealing with a company that treats you in a fair manor, and VERY WELL, seems to be the big exception, rather than the norm… I had a problem with a mixer I purchased from kitchenaid. it was a refurb of one of their pro stand mixers & I paid about $350.00 for it (new they list at $499.00) Basically it imploded, the transmission destroyed itself & it did it 2 weeks after the warranty expired (6 months on a refurb)… I was thinking this is not going to end
