Hmmm.. A Single Wide “Cottage”?

I am still doing this "looking for a new place to live" thing pretty aggressively, and it has been a bit of a revelation what people think of the places they have for rent

This for example keeps getting put up on craigs list & it must get reposted every other day.  Who ever owns it wants $700.00 a month for it and no matter what kind of bullshit you hang on the ad, well, just look at it .. if thats a cottage then fairy tales are realy nightmares wrapped in nice text!

Central forced air heat = LOW COST . . . Excellent condition.
3 closets, built in dresser drawers & cabinets + storage underneath.
Huge deck (pic only shows half of the deck) + Hidden porch in back.
It's on a private road. Safe & Natural setting.
Rent $700 for 1 person no pets, or $750 for 2 people. Much higher if pets.

Really? Much higher rent, are you that worried an animal could make it look bad?
